How can I spend my fashioncheque in a shop?

Show the barcode on this voucher to the cashier at checkout. After scanning the barcode, the amount on your digital fashioncheque voucher will be deducted from the total purchase amount. If necessary, you can settle the remaining amount by other payment methods.

How can I spend my fashioncheque in a webshop?

When checking out your shopping basket, choose ‘fashioncheque’ or ‘gift card’ in the payment options. Enter the 19-digit card number and the 6-digit security code (SC) and the amount on your digital fashion cheque will be deducted from the total purchase amount. If necessary, you can settle the balance by other payment methods.

I have used my fashioncheque. Now I want to return my items, but how do I get my fashion cheque credit back?

The affiliated shop or shop is free to decide how they deal with items that are returned and have been (partially) paid for with fashioncheque. You will receive a refund, a discount code/ voucher from the relevant shop/store or a new fashioncheque. Please contact the shop/store or check their website for more information.

Do I have to spend the whole amount of my fashioncheque in one go or can I spend it in parts?

You can spend the fashioncheque in parts. The remaining credit remains on your fashioncheque.

How do I spend my fashioncheque voucher at Zalando and H&M?

To spend the fashion voucher at these webshops, you must first exchange it via the exchange pages on our website. This is necessary due to technical limitations.

Do I have to spend the entire amount of my fashion cheque or can it be a portion?

You can spend the fashioncheque in parts. So you do not have to spend it all at once. The remaining credit remains on your fashioncheque.

Can my exchange be reversed?

No, reversing the exchange of your fashioncheque is not possible. After purchase, the gift voucher is activated immediately and no longer visible in our system, so the 14-day revocation period does not apply.

Zalando

What can I buy with the Zalando voucher on Zalando.co.uk?

You can spend your Zalando voucher on Zalando.co.uk on fashion items (clothing, shoes, sportswear, children's clothing and fashion accessories). You cannot spend your Zalando voucher on the purchase of make-up, beauty and care items, sports items, jewellery, decoration or household items.

How do I use my Zalando voucher?

Step 1. Log in to Zalando.co.uk, the Zalando app or create a new account.
Step 2. Enter your Zalando voucher under ‘My gift vouchers’.
Step 3. Tick ‘I would like to use my credit’ in the shopping basket at checkout.
Step 4. Save the remaining amount in your Zalando account under ‘My gift vouchers’.

What values can I choose from?

Choose from: €5, 10, €15, €20, €25, €30, €35, €40, €45 or €50 for your fashion voucher. Make sure there is a minimum of €5 on it to pay.

H&M

How do I use my H&M voucher on hm.com/.co.uk?

Step 1. Go to the payment page in your shopping basket.
Step 2. Click on ‘Add gift cards’.
Step 3. Enter your H&M voucher code and PIN.
Step 4. Click on ‘Add’.

Which values can I choose from?

Choose from: €5, €10, €15, €20, €25, €30, €35, €40, €45 or €50 for your fashion voucher. Make sure there is at least €5 on it to pay.
